Before putting your house on the market, consider shaving the heads of your family and putting them on a liquid diet. This will save countless hours otherwise spent sweeping up crumbs and hair before showings. Your husband may petition for exemption depending on what's going on on his head, and whether or not he would be happy to eat his meals over the sink. Bryan would be OK in both categories.
