The Inchworm

Jill's not crawling yet but she is getting very efficient at the inchworm. She picks up her butt and lunges forward flexing and pointing her toes to propel herself forward. She's pretty fast especially when she has something like my cell phone in her sights. I'm sure crawling would be much easier but she hasn't pulled it all together yet.

This morning I came downstairs and sat Jill in the center of the living room carpet. I walked into the kitchen and was reaching for my vitamin when Jill showed up at the kitchen door peering around the corner at me. She had inched herself there in all of 10 seconds.
