Cavener News

Bryan and I previously have documented nothing. From the last nine years we have no photos, no journals, nada. But now we're turning over a new leaf and we're hoping to use this as baby books for Jill and Peter.

Call Websters

There is a new verb in the Cavener household.

Ulk: To swallow. Used in a sentence. "I want just one more ulk." Or after an especially loud gulp, "Did you hear me ulk?!"

Both kids say it daily, but Jill gets the origin credit and special bonus points for onomatopoeia.

I need to go back and write a post about Peter's second birthday. At four and two, Jill and Peter play wonderfully together. They're adorable.

That's awesome! you won't believe this but my 7th graders are working on figurative language. I think I could work this into a lesson:)
