Glad You Asked

Peter asks the funniest questions. They are all spoken with the same cadence, a strong and loud, "Can I..." followed by the rest of the mumbled request.

Here are some examples.

"Can I play in the road?"

"Can I stand in fire?"

"Can I eat this?" (While playing with play-doh)

"Can I walk on the water?" (He said this when we were on a tour boat on the ocean.)

Peter, the answer to all of these is an emphatic no.

My mom just read this and said, "Well, the other Peter walked on the water!" I'm cracking up.
